据了解，美国FDA审查了最新科研数据和有关意见，提议将8种不易消化碳水化合物定义为膳食纤维，它们分别为：混合植物细胞壁纤维、阿糖基木聚糖、藻朊酸盐、菊粉及菊粉类果聚糖、高直链淀粉、低聚半乳糖、聚葡萄糖和抗性麦芽糊精。
